Google vs Bing – Bing thinks they are better.. Do you?

Google vs Bing – The Underdog is really the Bigger of the two and has many resources

Keeping in mind that every PC born in the world comes with Widows as default.. Consider this:

  • Windows uses Internet Explorer.
  • Internet  Explorer uses the default page MSN
  • MSN uses Bing Search.

Another thing to consider is 50% of laymen have no clue how to change the default page for Internet Explorer, save for the select few that actually click the button on the top of Google that will ask you to change the default page to Google, which requires a prompt conformation.

Yet another thing.. Bing has gained over 5% of the market share int he last year, and with the antics of Google and Co. with their obscure search results and constant changes in ranking.. many marketers including myself are having to take a closer look into Bing and what it offers as far as organic search value., and how we can optimize for it.

In another post i made here, i had said “The only people to use Bing is Microsoft employees, and Ryan Seacrest”, but i think they are going to make me eat my words..
